摘　　要：新质生产力是推动冰雪体育旅游高质量发展的科学指引,是赋能产业转型升级的关键动力。采用文献资料、田野调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析新质生产力赋能冰雪体育旅游高质量发展的内涵,阐释其具有的时代价值,剖析其面临的现实困囿,提出其高质量发展的实践路径。研究认为,新质生产力赋能冰雪体育旅游高质量发展的时代价值为生态价值:资源高效利用,绿色持续发展;经济价值:科技创新驱动,加速转型发展;文化价值:加强交流体验,传承优秀文化;教育价值:耦合研学交流,提升人才素养。现实困囿为生产要素流动不畅,资源配置及产业发展不均衡;发展路径过度同质,产业运营欠妥发展模式单一;数智化技术效能低,传统技术与现代化发展不适配。实践路径为创新生产要素配置,优化资源配备实现均衡发展;打破产业发展壁垒,因地制宜探索多元发展路径;合理运用数智技术,加速产业数字化、智能化转型。New quality productivity is a scientific guide to promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports tourism,and a key driving force for industrial transformation and upgrading.By using research methods such as literature,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the connotation of high-quality development of ice and snow sports tourism enabled by new quality productivity,explains its value of The Times,analyzes the realistic difficulties it faces,and puts forward its practical path of high-quality development.The research holds that the epochal value of new quality productivity enabling the high-quality development of ice and snow sports tourism is ecological value:efficient use of resources,green sustainable development;Economic value:Driven by scientific and technological innovation,accelerating transformation and development;Cultural value:strengthen exchange experience,inherit excellent culture;Educational value:coupled research and learning exchange,improve talent quality.The problem of reality is that the flow of production factors is not smooth,resource allocation and industrial development are not balanced;The development path is too homogenous,the industrial operation is not proper and the development mode is single;The efficiency of digital intelligent technology is low,and the traditional technology is not suitable for modern development.The practical path is to innovate the allocation of production factors and optimize the allocation of resources to achieve balanced development;Break the barriers to industrial development and explore diversified development paths according to local conditions;Rational use of digital intelligence technology to accelerate industrial digitalization and intelligent transformation.
