摘　　要：霹雳舞进入巴黎奥运会(以下简称“入奥”)是国际奥委会的创新之举,它符合巴黎奥组委提倡的“与世界流行运动接轨”和“节俭办赛”的理念,极大促进了该项目的普及与发展。研究梳理了霹雳舞的项目历史起源与发展脉络,认为该项目入奥经历了“市井街头—艺术舞台—竞技赛场”的递进式遴选程序;为助推霹雳舞的科学训练,提高奥运备战的针对性和有效性,从入奥时间、成材规律、竞技格局、竞技能力、能量代谢和伤病特征等方面对其专项特征进行了系统阐述;最后从竞技格局解析、备战形势研判、竞技实力评估、项目基础建设、科技助力、复合型团队建设以及训练保障等方面提出了我国的备战策略,以期能够为霹雳舞的科学训练与成功参赛提供理论指导。The entry of breaking into the Paris Summer Olympics(hereinafter referred to as“entry into the Olympics”)is an innovative move by the International Olympic Committee.The concept has greatly promoted the popularization and development of the project.The research has sorted out the historical origin and development of the breakdance project,and believes that the project has undergone a progressive selection process of“marketplace→art stage→competitive arena”;in order to boost the scientific training of the breakdancing project and improve the preparations for the Olympic Games The pertinence and effectiveness of the project are systematically expounded from the aspects of the rule of becoming a talent,the competition pattern,the characteristics of the competition ability,the characteristics of energy metabolism and other characteristics.Chinese team preparation strategies are put forward in terms of evaluation,project infrastructure,technology assistance,compound team building,and training support,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the scientific training and successful participation of breaking projects.
