摘 要:高速铁路网规模日益扩大,动车组保有量和旅客出行需求进一步增加,对动车组运用水平提出更高的要求。以合理优化动车组交路,提高动车组效能发挥程度为目标,针对高速铁路动车组运用水平评价问题,利用层次分析法,构建了包含动车组运用效率、动车组运用均衡度、动车组运用合理性3个一级指标和9个二级指标的高速铁路动车组运用水平评价指标体系,并将各指标的定性描述转化为数学表达,根据TOPSIS理论和熵权法设计动车组运用水平综合评价方法。以2022年3季度途经某高速铁路线路的所有动车组交路为例对评价方法进行验证,结果表明:提出的TOPSIS熵权法可以有效解决动车组运用水平评价问题,为动车组交路方案比选提供科学依据,对提高运力资源组织效率和铁路运营效益具有重要意义。With the increasing scale of high speed railway networks,the inventory of electric multiple units(EMUs)and the demand for passenger travel continue to increase,which poses higher requirements for the operation level of EMUs.To rationally optimize the EMU routing schemes and improve the EMU efficiency,this paper aims at the problem of evaluating the utilization level of high speed railway EMU.By using the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system of the utilization level of high speed railway EMU was established,which includes three first-level indexes and nine second-level indexes by taking the utilization efficiency of EMU,the utilization evenness of EMU and the utilization reasonableness of EMU.Moreover,the qualitative description of each index was translated into mathematical expressions,and the comprehensive evaluation method of the utilization level of high speed railway EMU was designed based on the TOPSIS theory and the Entropy Weight method.The EMU routing schemes of a high speed railway line in the third quarter of 2022 were taken as an example to verify the evaluation method.The results show that the proposed TOPSIS Entropy Weight method effectively solves the problem of EMU utilization level evaluation,providing a scientific basis for the comparison and selection of EMU routing schemes.This is of great significance for improving the efficiency of transport capacity resource organization and the benefits of railway operation.
