影响醇型硅酮密封胶保存期的因素探究

摘　　要：采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷做基胶、纳米碳酸钙做补强剂、甲基三甲氧基硅烷∶乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷=3∶1复配做交联剂、钛酸酯和有机锡做催化剂、偶联剂制备单组份醇型硅酮密封胶。考察了醇清除剂、交联剂的用量、偶联剂的选择、钛酸酯的用量对醇型硅酮密封胶性能及保存期的影响。结果表明,当交联剂选用6 g用量时,胶料的各相性能较为合适,并具有合适的保存期。六甲基二硅氮烷选择1 g时,有利于提高胶料的保存期,并不会影响密封胶的其他性能。选择KH-560作为偶联剂时,不影响胶料的保存期。钛酸酯的用量选择4 g时,有利于胶料的长时间存放,提高其保质期。One-component alcohol-based silicone sealant was prepared by using terminal hydroxypolydimethicone as base gel,nano calcium carbonate as reinforcing agent,methyltrimethoxysilane∶vinyltrimethoxysilane=3∶1 com⁃pound as cross-linking agent,titanate and organotin as catalyst and coupling agent.The effects of alcohol scavenger and crosslinker dosage,coupling agent selection and titanate dosage on the performance and shelf life of alco⁃hol-based silicone sealant were investigated.Results showed that when 6 g of crosslinker were used,the properties of each phase of the adhesive were more suitable and had a suitable shelf life.When 1 g of hexamethyldisilazane was used,the shelf life of the adhesive was improved and the other properties of the sealant were not affected.When KH-560 was selected as the coupling agent,the shelf life of the compound was not affected.When 4 g of titanate were used,it is conducive to the long-term storage of the rubber compound and improves its shelf life.
