摘  要:为研究装配式建筑预制外墙接缝用密封胶的应用性能,采用硅烷改性聚醚树脂(920R)为主原料,结合重质碳酸钙、增塑剂、紫外线吸收剂等多种材料,按照一定配比制备硅烷改性聚醚密封胶试样;通过挤出性试验、耐候性试验和以溶胀倍率、热失重性、力学性能为指标的老化试验,测试试验样本性能。试验结果表明,硅烷改性聚醚密封胶试样其挤出性均大于50 mL/min;环境温度低于120℃时,样本密封处胶体的颜色均呈现透明或者淡黄色,耐候性较好;热老化、紫外线老化以及自然老化条件下的溶胀倍率试验结果均大于等于400,且密封胶最高热质量损失率依次分别为5.95%、6.67%和5.74%;拉伸强度、断裂伸长率结果分别在0.5 MPa和120%以上。In order to study the application performance of sealants for prefabricated exterior wall joints in prefabri⁃cated buildings,silane-modified polyether resin(920R)was used as the main raw material,combined with heavy calcium carbonate,plasticizers,ultraviolet absorbers,and other materials,to prepare silane-modified polyether seal⁃ant samples according to a certain ratio.The performance of the test samples was tested through extrusion tests,weather resistance tests,and swelling ratio,thermal weight loss,and mechanical properties as indicators of aging tests.The test results showed that the extrusion rate of the silane-modified polyether sealant samples was greater than 50 mL/min.When the ambient temperature was below 120℃,the color of the gel at the sealed part of the sam⁃ple showed transparent or light yellow,and the weather resistance was good.The swelling ratio test results under thermal aging,ultraviolet aging,and natural aging conditions were all≥400,and the maximum heat mass loss rate of the sealant was 5.95%,6.67%,and 5.74%,respectively.The tensile strength and elongation at break results were above 0.5 MPa and 120%,respectively.
