摘　　要：J-27H耐高温环氧胶粘剂具有耐高温性好、剪切强度高的特点,可用于航空发动机高温部件石墨制品、陶瓷制品等与金属材料的粘接。为了提高J-27H耐高温环氧胶粘剂应用效果,在某航空发动机产品使用J-27H进行零件粘接,工艺流程复杂,在实际施工过程中如果操作不当,会导致粘接组件脱落现象。为了更好地应用J-27H耐高温环氧胶粘剂,保证零件粘接质量,通过对粘接前清洗、胶粘剂配制、胶粘剂固化、粘接后机加工序进行全流程优化设计,确认了最佳工艺方案,保证了产品的粘接质量。J-27H high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive has the characteristics of good high temperature resis⁃tance and high shear strength,which can be used to bond graphite and ceramic products of high temperature parts of aeroengine with metal materials.In an aero engine product,J-27H is used for parts bonding,the process flow is complex,and if the operation is not done properly in the actual construction process,it will lead to the phenomenon of adhesive components falling off.In order to better apply J-27H high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive and en⁃sure the quality of parts bonding,through the optimization design of the whole process of cleaning before bonding,adhesive preparation,adhesive curing,and post-bonding machining sequence,the best process scheme was con⁃firmed by the test,and the bonding quality of the product was ensured.
