摘 要:为了提高对高比例新能源电力系统低频振荡能量的计算精度,进而提升低频振荡控制效果,变分模态分解的基础上,研究高比例新能源电力系统低频振荡控制方法。将变分模态分解算法应用于提取电力系统低频振荡信号;使用A3C算法,训练低频振荡能量;通过返回机制和梯度计算获取低频振荡的能量参数,利用这些参数建立二维模糊控制的模糊规则,然后对输出量进行去模糊化处理,从而实现对低频振荡的有效控制。实验结果表明,使用所设计方法对高比例新能源电力系统低频振荡进行控制后,其低频振荡位于0.5 Hz左右,控制效果较好。In order to improve the calculation accuracy of low frequency oscillation energy in high proportion of new energy power system,and improve the control effect of low frequency oscillation,the low-frequency oscillation control method of the high-proportion new energy power system was studied on the basis of variational mode decom⁃position.The variational mode decomposition algorithm was applied to extract the low frequency oscillation signal of power system.A3C algorithm was used to train the low frequency oscillation energy.The energy parameters of low-frequency oscillation were obtained by return mechanism and gradient calculation,and the fuzzy rules of two-di⁃mensional fuzzy control were established by using these parameters.Then the output was defuzzized,so as to realize the effective control of low-frequency oscillation.The experimental results showed that after using the design meth⁃od in this paper to control the low frequency oscillation of the high proportion of new energy power system,the low frequency oscillation was located at about 0.5 Hz,and the control effect was good.
