聚乙烯醇纤维改性快修水泥性能分析及在建筑工程中的应用

摘  要:以钢渣等材料制成快速修复水泥,并使用一定掺量、长度的聚乙烯醇纤维进行改性,探究快速修复水泥的性能和应用效果。结果表明,在这种快速修复水泥中掺入聚乙烯醇纤维时,材料流动度减小,力学性能提高,韧性增强;掺量1.5%、长度为6 mm聚乙烯醇纤维的快速修复水泥综合性能较优,其流动度为203.5 mm;7 d抗折、抗压强度分别为15.45、61.75 MPa,分别提高16.60%、15.14%;7 d断裂冲击能量为42.5 J,提高200.94%;7 d粘接强度为4.19 MPa,提高76.79%。试验中的优选快速修复水泥材料有高早强特点,可用于混凝土建筑病害修补施工。The performance and application effect of the fast-repair cement were explored by using slag and other materials to make the quick-repair cement,and the polyvinyl alcohol fiber with a certain amount and length was used for modification.The results showed thatwhen polyvinyl alcohol fibers were added to this rapid repair cement,the material fluidity decreased,mechanical properties improved,and toughness was enhanced.The rapid repair ce⁃ment mixed with 1.5%length 6mm polyvinyl alcohol fiber had better comprehensive performance,with a flowability of 203.5 mm.The flexural and compressive strength at 7 days of age were 15.45 MPa and 61.75 MPa,respectively,increasing by 16.60%and 15.14%.The fracture impact energy at 7 days was 42.5 J,increasing by 200.94%,and the bonding strength at 7 days was 4.19 MPa,increasing by 76.79%.The preferred quick repair cement material in this experiment had the characteristics of high early strength,which could be used for the repair of concrete build⁃ing diseases.
