摘 要:为有效应对电网可能出现的电压扰动,通过离线计算所需权重和步长等参数,并利用有载分接开关改变配电来分配电压。仿真实验结果表明,最佳控制方案的电压曲线较集中控制方案电压变化较为平缓。在6:00-13:00时,采用集中控制方案的电压曲线变化较大,而采用最佳控制方案的电压曲线在该时间内,变化较为平缓,电压未出现突变现象,且最大电压及最小电压分别为406 V、393 V。采用最佳控制方案时,各节点电压明显上升,电压偏差控制在允许范围内,且电网系统的最大和最小电压偏差明显减小,最大电压偏差从3.27%降至2.51%;最小电压偏差从14.06%降至4.54%。且最佳控制方案的电压分配时间最短,仅为12.87 ms。To effectively respond to potential voltage disturbances in the power grid,parameters such as the re⁃quired weights and step sizes were calculated offline,and the voltage was distributed by changing the distribution using an on-load tap-changer.The simulation experiment results showed that the voltage curve of the optimal con⁃trol scheme was smoother than that of the centralized control scheme.From 6:00 to 13:00,the voltage curve of the centralized control scheme changed significantly,while the voltage curve of the optimal control scheme changed rel⁃atively smoothly during this time.There was no sudden change in voltage,and the maximum and minimum voltages were 406V and 393V,respectively.When the optimal control scheme was adopted,the voltage of each node signifi⁃cantly increased,and the voltage deviation was controlled within the allowable range.And the maximum and mini⁃mum voltage deviations of the power grid system were significantly reduced.The maximum voltage deviation had decreased from 3.27%to 2.51%.The minimum voltage deviation decreased from 14.06%to 4.54%.The optimal con⁃trol scheme had the shortest voltage distribution time,which was only 12.87 ms.
