摘　　要：法律事务严谨,容不得一点错漏,这就对刑部内部的分工有了更高的要求,刑部会按照事务的类型或者地域进行划分。让我们一起来了解一下吧。早在周朝时,便已经有独立的部门负责法律相关工作。隋代时,用“刑部”来命名。唐代时,根据工作内容划分为四个部分,交由四司负责。这种分工模式一直延用了很久,直到明代时才打破。In the Zhou Dynasty,there was already a separate department responsible for legalmatters.In the Sui Dynasty,it was called the Ministry of Justice.By the time of the Tang Dynasty,it was divided into four parts based on their responsibilities,known as the four Bureaus.This model lasted for a long time until the Ming Dynasty.
