摘　　要：DA42NG作为学院引进的新一代中教机,在操纵性、舒适度和安全性等方面都有着显著的提高。起落架装置是飞机重要部件之一,在飞机安全起飞和降落过程中担负着极其重要的使命,也是在地面支撑整架飞机的唯一部件。起落架指示和告警系统承担着向飞行员显示起落架收放状态的重要作用,而在起落架指示系统中,位置指示电门具有重要的意义与作用,其能感受起落架的状态并发出信号,是极其重要的元件。一旦其出现故障,很可能会造成指示错误,这将会严重影响飞行员的判断,很可能导致飞机不能正常着陆,甚至出现重大事故。为了保质保量完成该新机型的航线与定检维护工作,深刻理解飞机上元器件工作原理至关重要。通过对起落架的位置指示电门与指示系统的工作原理进行分析,结合日常飞行训练故障现象分析并排除故障,以期增强对该机型起落架系统的认知,提高维护技术水平。DA42NG,as a new generation of intermediate trainer introduced by the academy,has significantly improved its maneuverability,comfort and safety.The landing gear device is one of the important components of the airplane,which plays an extremely important role in the process of safe takeoff and landing.It is also the only component that supports the whole airplane on the ground.The landing gear indication and warning system plays an important role in showing the pilot the status of landing gearretraction status.In the landing gear indication system,the position indication gate has a very important significance and role,which senses the status of the landing gear and sends out signals,which is an extremely important component.Once it fails,it is likely to cause the indication error.This will seriously affect the judgment of the pilot,and will probably lead to the failure of normal landing,or even a major accident.In order to complete the route and scheduled maintenance work of this new model in quality and quantity,it is crucial to deeply understand the working principle of the components on the airplane.By analyzing the working principles of the landing gear's position indicating gates and indicating system,and analyzing and troubleshooting the fault phenomena in combination with daily flight training,we hope to enhance the knowledge of the landing gear system of this aircraft type and improve the maintenance technology level.
