摘　　要：装配整体式剪力墙结构住宅的施工效率较高,是现代建筑事业发展中的常见建筑形式,在外墙施工阶段,需提高防水、防渗漏意识,结合装配式住宅特点选择合适的防水材料,保证材料应用功能,进行科学的装配整体式剪力墙结构住宅外墙防水设计,并结合建筑工程实际优化建筑外墙灌浆工艺,实现外墙防渗漏施工技术有效落实,提高住宅外墙使用性能,预防渗漏问题发生。The residence with assembled integral shear wall structures has relatively high construction efficiency,and it is a common form of buildings in the development of the modern building industry.In the construction stage of external walls,it is necessary to improve the awareness of waterproofing and leakage prevention,select appropriate waterproof materials based on the characteristics of prefabricated residences,ensure the application function of materials,carry out the scientific waterproof design of residential external walls with assembled integral shear wall structures,and optimize the grouting process of building external walls based on the actual construction project,so as to effectively implement anti-leakage construction technology for exterior walls,improve the service performance of residential exterior walls,and control the occurrence of leakage problems.
