摘 要:湿陷性黄土遇水强度降低,产生明显变形,严重危害高速公路的运营安全,导致路面出现开裂和沉降。以某采用灰土挤密桩处理的湿陷性黄土路基为例,详细阐述了施工准备、成孔施工、灰土拌合、灰土夯填、施工质量检测等工序的施工要点。对灰土挤密桩处理后桩身填料压实系数、桩间土挤密系数、复合地基承载力和湿陷系数进行检测。研究表明:桩身填料压实系数和桩间土挤密系数的平均值和极小值均满足要求;复合地基承载力特征值为200 kPa,超过设计要求的限值;路基经过加固后的湿陷系数都远低于允许值0.015,即路基10 m范围内经过挤密桩加固后湿陷性已消除。The strength of collapsible loess decreases when encountering water,causing significant deformation,which seriously endangers the operational safety of highways,and leads to the cracking and settlement of the road surface.This article takes a collapsible loess roadbed treated with lime-soil compaction piles as an example,elaborates on the construction points of processes such as construction preparation,pore-forming construction,lime-soil mixing,lime-soil compaction and filling,and construction quality inspection,and tests the compaction coefficient of pile filler,the soil compaction coefficient of between piles,the bearing capacity of the composite roadbed,and the collapsibility coefficient after treatment with lime-soil compaction piles.Research results have shown that the average and minimum values of both the compaction coefficient of pile filler and the soil compaction coefficient between piles meet requirements,the characteristic value of the bearing capacity of the composite roadbed is 200kPa,which exceeds the limit value of design requirements,and that the collapsibility coefficient of the roadbed after reinforcement is much lower than the allowable value of 0.015,which means that the collapsibility has been eliminated within 10 meters of the roadbed after reinforcement with compaction piles.
