摘　　要：医学院校的实验室安全管理体系对于确保学术研究的安全性和有效性至关重要。旨在分析和研究医学院校实验室安全管理体系的意义和挑战,以及提出改进策略。当前的实验室安全管理体系存在一些问题,如设缺乏健全的管理体系、实验室人员自我安全意识不强、安全教育重视程度不足以及仪器设备存在安全隐患等等。为了解决这些问题,应构建健全的管理体系、提升相关人员安全意识、建立多样化教育模式、加强仪器设备安全管理等。这些改进措施将有助于提高医学院校实验室的安全性和效率,为学术研究提供更好的支持。The laboratory safety management system in medical colleges is crucial to ensure the safety and effectiveness of academic research.This paper aims to analyze and study the significance and challenges of the laboratory safety management system in medical colleges,and propose improvement strategies.There are some problems in the current laboratory safety management system,such as the lack of a sound management system for equipment,the lack of the self-safety awareness of laboratory personnel,the lack of attention to safety education,and the potential safety hazards of instruments and equipment.In order to solve these problems,the sound management system should be constructed,the safety awareness of relevant personnel should be improved,a diversified education model should be established,and the safety management of instruments and equipment should be strengthened.These improvement measures will help to improve the safety and efficiency of laboratories in medical colleges and provide better support for academic research.
