摘  要:在地下变电站的运行中,机械故障的诊断与排除是确保电力系统持续稳定运行的关键环节。随着科技的不断进步,机械故障诊断方法不断演进,涵盖了振动监测、红外热像法、电流电压波形分析等多种先进技术。以泰国孔提地下变电站项目为例,通过分析对地下变电站机械故障诊断与排除方法,并提出地下变电站机械优化策略,以提高维护效率,降低设备损耗,从而推动地下变电站机械系统的可靠性和可维护性达到新的高度。During the operation of underground substations,the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical faults is a key link to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the power system.With the continuous progress of science and technology,mechanical fault diagnosis methods are constantly evolving,covering various advanced technologies such as vibration monitoring,infrared thermography,and current and voltage waveform analysis.This article takes the underground substation project at Khlong Toei in Thailand as an example,analyzes diagnosis and troubleshooting methods for mechanical faults in underground substations,and proposes mechanical optimization strategies for underground substations,so as to improve maintenance efficiency,reduce equipment loss,and drive the reliability and maintainability of the mechanical system of underground substations to a new height.
