摘  要:火电厂烟气脱硝系统主要以液氨作为还原剂,液氨属于有毒气体,且易液化,与空气或氧气混合后会形成爆炸性混合物。随着国家对安全和环境保护的日益重视,烟气脱硝系统还原剂由尿素代替液氨已成为趋势,尿素替代液氨工艺已经成熟,受到许多氮氧化物产生量大的企业的青睐,不仅可大大降低企业的安全隐患,保障工作人员生命和企业财产安全,还可以降低环境污染风险。The flue gas denitration system in thermal power plants mainly uses liquid ammonia as a reducing agent.Liquid ammonia is toxic gas and easily liquified,and an explosive mixture can be formed by mixing it with air or oxygen.With the increasing attention of the country to safety and environmental protection,it has become a trend to replace liquid ammonia with urea as the reducing agent of the flue gas denitration system.The technology of replacing liquid ammonia with urea has been mature and favored by many enterprises with large amounts of nitrogen oxides,which can not only greatly reduce the safety hazards of enterprises to ensure the safety of the staff's lives and enterprises'property,but also reduce environmental risks and environmental pollution.
