摘 要:高处坠落属于一种发生频率较高的事故类型,主要是在电力工程铁塔攀登或转位过程中,由于安全防护不到位和人员误操作而引起的。对电力工程铁塔攀登或转位过程中作业安全设施使用时存在的问题进行了分析,以技术要求、安全规定为依据,对现有防高坠安全防护措施进行了优化与完善,以期为电力人员合理使用防坠装置和做好铁塔攀登、转位时的安全防护提供参考。Falling from a height is a high-frequency type of accident,which is mainly caused by inadequate safety protection and personnel's misoperation during power engineering tower climbing or repositioning.This article first analyzes the problems existing in the use of operation safety facilities during power engineering tower climbing or repositioning,and then based on technical requirements and safety regulations,optimizes and improves existing antifalling safety protection measures,in order to provide reference for power personnel to reasonably use anti-falling devices and do a good job in safety protection during tower climbing and repositioning.
