摘　　要：物流是现代商业活动中不可或缺的一部分。随着商业环境的不断演变和全球供应链的日益复杂,物流管理变得更加具有挑战性。在此背景下,信息技术的应用已经改变了物流行业的面貌,为企业提供了前所未有的机会来提高效率、减少成本和提高客户满意度。信息技术的应用已经成为现代物流运营的不可或缺的一部分。分析信息技术在物流企业管理中的关键应用,论述了其对供应链管理和企业成功的积极影响。Logistics is an indispensable part of modern business activities,and its effective management is crucial to the success of an enterprise.With the continuous evolution of the business environment and the increasing complexity of global supply chains,logistics management has become more challenging.In this context,the application of information technology has changed the face of the logistics industry,providing unprecedented opportunities for enterprises to improve efficiency,reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.The application of information technology has become an indispensable part of modern logistics operations.This article will briefly introduce the key applications of information technology in logistics enterprise management,emphasizing its positive impact on supply chain management and enterprise success.
