血清p2PSA及β2-MG和TAP水平联合检测在早期前列腺癌诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清前列腺特异性抗原同源异构体2(p2PSA)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、异常糖链糖蛋白(TAP)水平联合检测在早期前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择2023年1至2024年1月河南省人民医院收治的68例前列腺癌患者,同时选取同期进行体检的68例男性健康体检者为研究对象,所有对象均采血进行检验,检测血清p2PSA、β2-MG、TAP间的差异;比较不同前列腺癌分期患者血清p2PSA、β2-MG、TAP水平的差异;分析p2PSA、β2-MG、TAP单独检测及联合检测的灵敏度、特异度和符合率。结果 前列腺癌组血清p2PSA、β2-MG、TAP水平高于健康体检组(P<0.05);Ⅰ-Ⅱ期患者p2PSA、β2-MG、TAP水平低于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者(P<0.05);p2PSA、β2-MG、TAP联合检测的灵敏度(95.59%)、特异度(89.71%)及符合率(92.65%)均高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 血清p2PSA、β2-MG、TAP联合检测在前列腺癌的早期诊断中具有一定的价值,有助于减少误诊、漏诊发生。Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum prostate-specific antigen homeomer 2(p2PSA), β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) and abnormal glycoprotein(TAP) levels in the diagnosis of early prostate cancer.Methods Sixty-eight patients with prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as study subjects, and 68 healthy male physical examination subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as study subjects. Blood samples were collected for detection of serum p2PSA, β2-MG and TAP differences. The levels of serum p2PSA, β2-MG and TAP in patients with different stages of prostate cancer were compared. The sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of p2PSA, β2-MG and TAP were analyzed.Results The levels of serum p2PSA, β2-MG and TAP in prostate cancer group were higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05). The levels of p2PSA, β2-MG and TAP in patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ were lower than those in patients with stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ(P<0.05);The sensitivity(95.59%), specificity(89.71%) and coincidence rate(92.65%) of p2PSA, β2-MG and TAP combined detection were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum p2PSA, β2-MG and TAP has certain value in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer, which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
