健脾养正消癥汤对原发性胃癌患者化疗不良反应及生存时间和血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究健脾养正消癥汤对原发性胃癌患者化疗不良反应、生存时间及血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2022年7月于邓州市人民医院进行化疗治疗的原发性胃癌患者80例,随机将患者分成观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组采用标准化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以健脾养正消癥汤加减治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、血清肿瘤标志物水平,以及生存时间、生活质量。结果观察组的中医证候疗效总有效率(90.00%)、疾病总控制率(DCR)(77.50%)均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组不良反应(22.50%)相比,观察组不良反应发生率(5.00%)更低(P<0.05)。观察组患者疾病进展时间、平均生存时间均长于对照组,观察组治疗后KPS高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原125(CA125)水平均下降(P<0.05),且对照组肿瘤标志物水平显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论健脾养正消癥汤加减可以提高原发性胃癌患者化疗疗效,降低化疗后不良反应和血清肿瘤标志物浓度,对改善患者生存时间及提高生活质量亦有显著效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng Decoction on chemotherapy toxicity,survival time and serum tumor markers in patients with primary gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary gastric cancer who received chemotherapy in Dengzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given symptomatic treatment according to the standard chemotherapy regimen,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng Decoction on the basis of the treatment of control group.Therapeutic effects,the incidence of adverse reaction,serum tumor marker levels,survival time and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of TCM syndromes(90.00%)and total disease control rate(77.50%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in control group(22.50%)(P<0.05).The disease progression time and average survival time of observation group were longer than that of control group,and the KPS of observation group after treatment was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cancer antigen 125(CA125)were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the level of tumor markers in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy on patients with primary gastric cancer,reduce toxicity and serum tumor marker levels after chemotherapy,and significantly improve the patients'survival time and life quality.
