摘 要:文章梳理了竞争情报(Competitive Intelligence,CI)服务实证研究的内容,展望未来可能探索的方向。利用知网检索到的文献,系统回顾CI服务实证研究成果,运用内容分析法挖掘样本文献的时间分布、研究方法和研究重点,探讨目前研究的特点和局限。结果表明,CI服务实证研究主体主要包括企业、产业和图书馆,CI服务模式和服务系统是目前CI服务的研究重点。本研究仅针对国内CI服务实证研究文献展开分析,国外的实证研究成果尚未纳入,未来可进一步充实研究数据。This paper sorts out the content of the empirical research on competitive intelligence services and look forward to the feasible future direction of exploration.Based on the literature retrieved from CNKI,the empirical research results of competitive intelligence service are systematically reviewed,the time distribution,research methods and research focus of sample literature are excavated by content analysis method,and the characteristics and limitations of current research are discussed as well.The results show that the main subjects of CI service empirical research mainly include enterprise,industry and library,and the competitive intelligence service model and service system are the focus of CI service research.However,only domestic empirical research literature on CI service was analyzed in this study,and foreign empirical research results have not been included,so the research data can be further enriched in the future.
