摘　　要：智库是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要力量。完善智库治理结构、提升智库研究能力是新时代智库建设的内在要求。兰德公司是世界著名的智库,拥有一支多学科、高水平的人才队伍,完成了大批高质量的战略咨询报告。在治理结构上,兰德公司理事会为最高决策机构,为兰德公司提供重要的战略指导和商业决策支持,推动兰德公司持续发展;在能力提升上,兰德公司形成了一系列独特的研究方法,拥有一套完善的质量控制体系。这些对于提升我国智库治理能力和治理水平具有良好的参考和实践意义。Think tank is an important force in promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Improving the governance structure of think tanks and enhancing the research capacity of think tanks are the inherent requirements of think tank construction in the new era.The Rand Company is a world-famous think tank,with a multi-disciplinary and high-level talent team,and has completed a large number of high-quality strategic consulting reports.In terms of governance structure,Rand Company Board is the highest decision-making body,providing important strategic guidance and business decision support for Rand Company,promoting the sustainable development and success of Rand Company,Rand Company has formed a series of unique research methods and has a perfect quality control system.These things have good reference and practical significance for improving the governance capacity and governance level of think tanks in China.
