摘 要:装配式箱涵相较于现浇箱涵具有施工快速方便、质量高、环保节能等优点,在现代工程建设中广泛应用。基于ABAQUS软件建立5种装配式箱涵有限元模型,通过对比模型损伤云图、滞回曲线、骨架曲线等重要指标,研究了不同接头形式与位置对装配式箱涵动力性能的影响。研究结果表明:各装配式箱涵最大承载力相较于现浇箱涵有不同程度的降低;当接头位置相同时,装配榫接式箱涵较装配圆铰式箱涵的耗能曲线峰值提高约57%,承载力峰值提高约30%;当接头位于底部时,装配榫接式箱涵和装配圆铰式箱涵承载力均大于接头位于中部时,滞回环相对饱满,具有更强的滞回耗能能力。研究成果可为类似装配式箱涵动力性能研究提供借鉴。Compared with cast-in-situ box culverts,prefabricated box culverts have the advantages of fast and convenient construction,high quality,environmental protection and energy saving so that they are widely used in modern engineering construction.Five finite element models of prefabricated box culverts were established by ABAQUS software.The effects of different joint forms and positions on the dynamic performance of prefabricated box culverts were studied by comparing the important indexes such as damage contours,hysteresis curves and skeleton curves of the models.The results show that the maximum bearing capacity of each prefabricated box culvert is reduced by different degrees compared with the cast-in-place box culvert;When the joint position is the same,the peak energy dissipation curve of the assembled tenoned box culvert is increased by about 57%and the peak bearing capacity is increased by about 30%compared with the assembled circular articulated box culvert;When the joint is located at the bottom,the bearing capacity of the assembled tenoned box culvert and the assembled circular articulated box culvert are greater than that when the joint is located in the middle.The hysteretic loop is relatively fuller with stronger hysteretic energy dissipation capacity.The research results can provide reference for the study of the dynamic performance of similar prefabricated box culverts.
