摘 要:站城一体化是指铁路、城市轨道交通场站与周边城市在功能空间、交通机制等各种要素上产生相互关联和作用的关系,同时地下管线与相关要素的匹配和融合也是实现站城一体化的关键要素之一。以北京丰台火车站综合交通枢纽为例,从精细化设计、协调统筹、难点处理等不同角度,对市政路网及大型综合体配套管线一体化设计工作进行了研究;阐述了北京丰台火车站综合交通枢纽的市政综合实施方案编制方法、排水系统的优化设计方法;探索用区域思维指导节点建设的路径。最后对地下空间的各类要素提出了相应的优化措施,提升了区域的市政条件。为站城一体化项目的市政配套工程建设提供了案例借鉴。The concept of Transit Oriented Development(TOD)refers to the association and effects of railroads,urban rail transit stations and neighboring cities in terms of functional space,traffic mechanism and other elements.The matching and integration of underground pipelines and related elements are also one of the key elements to realize TOD.Taking Beijing Fengtai Railway Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub as an example,the integrated design of municipal road network and supporting pipelines of large-scale complexes are researched from different perspectives such as refined design,coordination and integration,and handling of difficulties,etc.;The method of preparation of the municipal integrated implementation plan of Beijing Fengtai Railway Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub and the optimized design method of the drainage system are elaborated;The path of guiding the construction of nodes is discussed by regional thinking.Finally,corresponding optimization measures are proposed for all kinds of elements in underground space to improve the municipal conditions of the region.The method provides case study and demonstration for the construction of municipal supporting projects of TOD.
