摘　　要：目的 探究基于固定床旁交接模式的沟通流程对非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎术后患者的应用效果。方法 选取科室113例非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎术后患者,根据随机数字表法分组。给予对照组(56例)常规交接班模式,给予观察组(57例)基于固定床旁交接模式的沟通流程,对比两组患者交接班效果、评判性思维能力及心境状态。结果 观察组中文版护士交接班评估量表(NASR)评分、干预后观察组中文版评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评分、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组,交接班缺陷率、简明心境问卷(POMS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,护理交接班时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于固定床旁交接模式的沟通流程对非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎术后患者干预,可有效提高护士评判性思维能力和交接班效果,改善患者自护能力,降低焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective To explore the effect of the communication process based on the fixed bedside transition mode in postoperative patients with non-invasive mycotic sinusitis.Methods A total of 113 patients with non-invasive mycotic sinusitis were selected and grouped according to random number table method.The control group(56 cases)were given the conventional communication mode,and the observation group(57 cases)were given the communication process based on the fixed bedside transition.The surgical effect,shift effect,critical thinking ability and mood state of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the Chinese version of the nursing assessment of shift report scale(NASR),the critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)and the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the rate of transition defect,profile of mood states-short form(POMS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were lower than those of the control group,the nursing transition time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The communication process based on the fixed bedside transition mode can effectively improve nurses’critical thinking ability and shift shift effect,improve patients’self-care ability,and reduce anxiety and depression in the intervention of patients with non-invasive mycotic sinusitis after surgery.
