摘  要:目的 探讨情景式健康教育对接受乳腺良性肿物切除术患者自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年6月医院收治的80例接受手术治疗的乳腺良性肿物患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组护士均接受常规围手术期护理,观察组在此基础上接受情景式健康教育。两组患者于入院当天以及出院当天采用自我护理能力实施量表(ESCA)进行自护能力评价,采用生活质量-简要评估表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行生活质量评价,并于出院当天进行护理满意度评价。结果 两组患者出院当天ESCA量表中各维度评分均有提升,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者出院当天WHOQOL-BREF量表中各领域评分均有提升,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院当天对护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景式健康教育能够改善乳腺良性肿物切除术患者的自我护理能力,提高术后生活质量,患者对该健康教育模式的接受程度较好。Objective To explore the effect of episodic health education on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with benign breast tumor resection.Methods A total of 80 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and all subjects were received surgical treatment.They were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The nurses in both groups were received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given situational health education on this basis.Self-care ability was evaluated by exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)at admission day and discharge day,quality of life was evaluated by World Health Organization quality of life-brief assessment(WHOQOL-BREF),and the nursing satisfaction was evaluated at discharge day.Results The scores of self-concept,self-responsibility,nursing skills and health knowledge of ESCA scale in both groups were improved at discharge day,and the scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of WHOQOL-BREF in both groups were improved at discharge day,and the scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).At discharge day,the satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Episodic health education could improve the self-care ability of patients with benign breast tumor resection,enhance the quality of life after surgery,and the patients accepted this health education model well.
