摘 要:氯化铜锰液经过沉铜处理后,进一步回收锌并实现锌锰的分离对其资源化和价值化具有重要意义。本文分别采用P204萃取剂和硫氢化钠溶液对沉铜后液中的锌进行对比回收试验,结果表明:优选P204萃锌并硫酸反萃制备硫酸锌溶液的工艺,所得萃锌余液中锌含量小于0.05g/L,实现了锌与锰的有效分离。其中,锌直收率大于99%,锰的损失率小于1%。所得硫酸锌溶液中锌含量大于100g/L,锰含量小于1g/L,可作为下游炼锌行业的原料。The further recovery of zinc and the separation of zinc and manganese in the copper chloride manganese solution after copper deposition is of great significance to its resource utilization and value.In this paper,the zinc recovery test in the manganese chloride solution after copper deposition was carried out by using P204 extractant and sodium hydride solution respectively.The results show that:the process of extracting zinc from P204 and stripping it with sulfuric acid to prepare zinc sulfate solution is preferred,and the zinc content in the zinc extraction residual solution is less than O.05g/L,which realizes the effective separation of zinc and manganese.Among them,the direct recovery rate of zinc is greater than 99%,and the loss rate of manganese is less than 1%.Manganese content is less than 1g/L,which can be used as raw material for downstream zinc smelting industry.
