摘 要:本试验以某冶炼厂产出高铜含镍溶液为原料开展试验研究,试验确定了采用“一次蒸发结晶-电积脱铜-二次蒸发结晶”工艺。试验研究结果表明:一次蒸发结晶铜的结晶率为81.48%,镍的结晶率为5.75%。电积脱铜可将溶液中的铜离子浓度脱除至3g/L,铜的脱除效率为92.97%,电流效率为84.32%。二次蒸发结晶镍的结晶率为82.13%,铜的结晶率为3.65%。本工艺可实现溶液中铜镍的初步分离,为铜镍元素的后续净化提纯创造有利的条件。This experiment was conducted using a high copper nickel solution produced by a certain smelter as raw material.The experiment determined the use of the"one evaporation crystallization electro deposition copper removal second evaporation crystallization"process.The experimental research results show that the crystallization rate of copper through one-time evaporation is 81.48%,and the crystallization rate of nickel is 5.75%.Electrodeposition of copper can remove the concentration of copper ions in the solution to 3g/1,with a copper removal efficiency of 92.97%and a current efficiency of 84.32%.The crystallization rate of nickel by evaporation is 82.13%for nickel and 15.65% for copper.This process can achieve preliminary separation of copper and nickel in solution,creating favorable conditions for subsequent purification and purification of copper and nickel elements.
