摘 要:折板式空腹拟扁网壳是结合空腹夹层板和折板网壳的力学优势形成的一种新型结构.为了研究结构在静力作用下的力学性能,基于有限元软件ANSYS对结构的内力及变形情况进行分析.结果表明结构的整体刚度很好;结构整体承受压力作用,下弦梁主要承受拉力作用.对结构矢跨比和构件刚度进行参数化分析,结果表明:矢跨比是影响结构整体刚度的主要因素,矢跨比和整体刚度呈线性相关关系,建议在实际工程中矢跨比取1/5;边梁刚度和屋面板厚度变化对结构的变形和内力分布也会产生较大影响,建议边梁截面高度取结构跨度的1/40~1/55,截面宽度取边梁截面高度的1/2.5~1/1.5;脊梁、弦梁的刚度变化对结构的内力和变形影响较小,实际工程中满足构造要求即可.The folded-plate open-web quasi-flat reticulated shell is a new structure which combines the mechanical advantages of the open-web sandwich plate and the folded-plate reticulated shell.In order to study the mechanical properties of the structure under static action,the internal force and deformation of the structure are discussed based on the finite element software ANSYS.It is shown that the overall stiffness of the structure is very good.The whole structure bears the compressive force and the lower chord beam mainly bears the tensile force.The rise-to-span ratio is the main factor affecting the overall stiffness of the structure.The rise-to-span ratio is linearly correlated with the overall stiffness.It is suggested that the rise-to-span ratio should be taken as 1/5 in practical engineering,the section height of the side beam should be 1/40~1/55 of the span of the structure,and the section width should be 1/2.5~1/1.5 of the height of the side beam.The stiffness variation of the ridge beam and chord beam has little influence on the internal force and deformation of the structure,which can meet the requirements of the structure in actual engineering.
