摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子联合微填塞治疗鼻出血的效果及对鼻黏膜恢复的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年5月我院收治的鼻出血患者为观察对象,按治疗方法将80例患者分为两组。对照组(n=40)实施常规填塞治疗,观察组(n=40)实施鼻内镜下低温等离子联合微填塞,术后每2周复诊1次,至第8周。比较两组临床疗效、鼻黏膜情况。结果观察组临床总有效较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组鼻黏膜恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子联合微填塞治疗鼻出血患者效果显著,能有效减少对患者鼻黏膜的损伤,利于患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of hypooplasma combined with microtamponade under nasal endoscopy and its effect on nasal mucosa recovery.Methods Patients admitted from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected,and 80 patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The control group(n=40)performed regular tamponade treatment,and the observation group(n=40)performed nasal endoscopic cryogenic plasma combined with microtamponade,and visited the patients once every 2 weeks to the 8th week.Clinical efficacy and nasal mucosa were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effect was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the nasal mucosa recovery was better than the control group,and it was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cryogenic plasma combined with micropacking is very effective in treating patients with epistaxis,which can effectively reduce the damage to the nasal mucosa and facilitate the patient recovery.
