扁桃体摘除联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨针对小儿鼾症患儿的治疗采取扁桃体摘除术联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除术的应用价值。方法选取2021年7月到2022年7月我院收治的78例小儿鼾症患儿,以抓阄的方式进行分组,对照组(n=38,给予扁桃体摘除联合传统腺样体刮除术),研究组(n=38,给予扁桃体摘除术联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除术),对比总体疗效、通气功能指标、临床症状改善时间、睡眠相关指标、并发症发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率更高,P<0.05;研究组AHI、LAT较低,LSaO2较高,P<0.05;研究组术中出血量、饮食恢复时间、白膜消退时间及住院时间均较少,P<0.05;研究组QSQ量表评分较高,P<0.05;研究组并发症发生率较低,P<0.05。结论在小儿鼾症患儿的治疗中联合运用扁桃体摘除术与鼻内镜下腺样体切除术可改善患儿通气功能,缓解临床症状,提高其睡眠质量,建议推广并临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the application value of tonsillectomy combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy in the treatment of children with snoring.Methods A total of 78 children with pediatric snoring admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=38,treated with tonsillectomy combined with traditional adenoid curettage)and study group(n=38,treated with tonsillectomy combined with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy).The overall efficacy,ventilatory function index,improvement time of clinical symptoms,sleep-related index,and incidence of complications were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher,P<0.05;AHI and LAT were lower and LSaO2 was higher in the study group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,diet recovery time,albuginea resolution time and hospital stay in the study group were less,P<0.05;The score of QSQ scale in the study group was higher,P<0.05;The incidence of complications was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of tonsillectomy and endoscopic adenoidectomy in the treatment of children with snoring can improve ventilation function,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve sleep quality.It is recommended to be popularized and widely used in clinical practice.
