布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎的药效探讨

摘　　要：目的讨论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎的药效分析。方法2021年1月-2023年1月前瞻性纳入70例急性咽喉炎患者作为试验对象,随机分为对照组35例与研究组35例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。观察指标:疗效、症状缓解时间、炎症因子指标、不良反应。结果研究组疗效总有效率的97.14%对比对照组的77.14%明显较高,P<0.05。研究组声音嘶哑、喉鸣音、咽痒、咽痛、咳嗽症状缓解时间对比对照组明显较短,P<0.05。治疗前两组炎症因子三项指标均均衡,P>0.05;治疗7d后研究组炎症因子三项指标对比对照组明显较低,P<0.05。研究组不良反应总发生率的8.57%与对照组相对均衡,P>0.05。结论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎具备较高治疗效果,可加速症状缓解,显著改善炎症水平,且不会严重增加不良反应。Objective To discuss the efficacy analysis of budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,70 patients with acute pharyngitis were prospectively included as test subjects and randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given budesonide suspension atomized inhalation therapy on the basis of the control group.Outcome measures:efficacy,symptom remission time,inflammatory factors,adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%compared with 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of relief of hoarseness,throat singing,throat itching,throat pain and cough in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the three indexes of inflammatory factors were balanced in both groups,P>0.05;After 7 days of treatment,the three indexes of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(8.57%)was relatively balanced with that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute pharyngitis has a high therapeutic effect,can accelerate the relief of symptoms,significantly improve the level of inflammation,and does not seriously increase adverse reactions.
