分析鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉行鼻内窥镜术治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的研究鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉采取鼻内窥镜术治疗的效果及实践价值。方法选取我院2021年01月~2023年01月就诊的鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者研究,总例数为68例,按照Excel表格分组,对照组予传统术式,治疗组予鼻内窥镜术式,对比不同术式效果,如有效率、鼻部/嗅觉功能及炎性因子等。结果①治疗有效率:治疗组治疗有效率,记录数值高于对照组(P<0.05);②鼻通气/嗅觉功能:观察组鼻通气(鼻气道阻力、鼻腔最小横截面积等)、嗅觉功能改善效果高于对照组(P<0.05);③炎性因子:治疗组TNF-α、IL-6,低于对照组(P<0.05);④疼痛水平、并发症:治疗组疼痛、并发症(鼻出血、鼻中隔穿孔等)率,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉采取鼻内窥镜术治疗效果确切,可改善鼻腔功能,削弱炎性因子表达活性,减轻疼痛不适,且并发症少,值得借鉴。Objective To study the effect and practical value of endoscopic sinus surgery for sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods A total of 68 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp from January 2001 to January 2001 in our hospital were 2021.The patients were divided into two groups according to the Excel 2023,the treatment group was treated with nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery,and the effects of different surgical methods were compared,such as effective rate,nasal/olfactory function and inflammatory factors.Results①the effective rate of treatment:the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(p<0.05);②nasal ventilation/olfactory function:the improvement of nasal ventilation(nasal airway resistance,minimal crosssectional area of nasal cavity,etc.)and olfactory function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05);③inflammatory factors:TNF-αand IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05);④the level of pain and complications:the rate of pain and complications(epistaxis,perforation of nasal septum,etc.)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is effective for sinusitis with nasal polyps,which can improve nasal function,reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,relieve pain and discomfort,and has less complications.
