桔梗枇杷膏辅助治疗反流性咽喉炎对患者中医证候积分的改善探讨

摘　　要：目的深入分析在反流性咽喉炎患者中,采取桔梗枇杷膏辅助治疗对患者中医证候积分的改善。方法以2022年12月-2023年12月为研究对象时间范围,将本院接受不同药物治疗的100例反流性咽喉炎患者,按照“抽签形式”进行分组,对照组50例患者采用金嗓利咽丸治疗,实验组50例患者采用桔梗枇杷膏辅助治疗,详细探讨两组患者的中医证候积分、生活质量评分、反流症状指数评分及反流体征评分。结果两组患者治疗前的中医证候积分、生活质量评分、反流症状指数评分及反流体征评分均无明显变化,P>0.05,治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分、反流症状指数评分及反流体征评分明显下降,生活质量评分明显较高,实验组的中医证候积分、反流症状指数评分及反流体征评分均明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桔梗枇杷膏辅助治疗在反流性咽喉炎治疗中具有重要的应用价值,可显著改善患者的中医证候积分和反流症状与反流体征,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步推广和应用。Objective In-depth analysis of reflux pharyngitis patients,to take JIEGENPIPA cream adjuvant treatment of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral improvement.Methods A total of 100 patients with reflux pharyngitis were divided into two groups according to the“Lottery form”,with the period from December 2022 to December 2022 as the study 2023,the control group(N=50)was treated with Jin sang Li Yan Wan,and the experimental group(N=50)was treated with JIEGENPIPA ointment,the TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,Reflux Symptom Index score and reflux physical sign score of the two groups were discussed in detail.Results There were no significant changes in TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,Reflux Symptom Index score and reflux physical sign score before treatment in both groups(P>0.05),the scores of TCM syndrome integral,reflux symptom index and reflux physical sign were obviously decreased,and the scores of quality of life were obviously higher in the two groups,the scores of TCM syndrome,reflux symptom index and reflux sign in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion JIEGENPIPA ointment has important application value in the treatment of reflux laryngitis,it can improve the TCM syndrome integral,reflux symptoms and signs,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth further clinical promotion and application.
