妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液在治疗鼻咽炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察并评价,在鼻咽炎的治疗工作中,取妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗的积极性。方法以回顾性方式,纳入我院2021年8月-2023年8月68例鼻咽炎患者,平衡序贯法分组处理;对照组纳入34例,接受羟甲唑啉鼻喷剂治疗,其余34例纳入观察组,予以妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗。结果①观察组不良反应发生率较低,治疗效果和治疗安全性明显高于过对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后,观察组患者临床症状评分较低(P<0.05)。③观察组患者躯体功能、社会功能等生活质量较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗鼻咽炎效果显著,可确保治疗安全性而提高治疗效果,改善患者相关症状而提高生活质量。Objective To observe and evaluate the effectiveness of using tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops in the treatment of nasopharyngeal inflammation.Method A retrospective study was conducted on 68 patients with nasopharyngeal inflammation in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023,who were divided into groups using a balanced sequential approach;34 cases were included in the control group and treated with hydroxymethylzoline nasal spray,while the remaining 34 cases were included in the observation group and treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops.Result(1)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,and the treatment effect and safety were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group patients was relatively low(P<0.05).(3)The observation group had higher quality of life in terms of physical and social functions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops have a significant therapeutic effect on nasopharyngeal inflammation,ensuring treatment safety and improving treatment efficacy,improving patient related symptoms and improving quality of life.
