TEOAE联合AABR在0-3个月婴儿听力筛查及复筛的应用效果及检出率分析

摘　　要：目的研究0-3个月婴儿听力筛查及复筛中应用瞬态诱发性耳声发射(TEOAE)+自动听性脑干反应(AABR)的效果。方法数据取自我院2022年10月-2023年10月筛查的0-3个月婴儿84例,根据双耳“TEOAE初筛是否通过”分参照组(婴儿听力筛查未通过,n=42)、研究组(婴儿听力筛查已通过,n=42),在出生42d、出生3个月进行TEOAE+AABR复筛,两组筛查结果比较分析。结果各筛查方式在3个月复筛中通过率无明显差异,P>0.05;AABR初筛通过率(77.38%)高于TEOAE筛查(57.14%)、联合筛查(50.00%);AABR检查的42d复筛通过率(91.07%)高于TEOAE筛查(83.33%)、联合筛查(79.17%);研究组不同筛查方式在初筛、42d复筛及3个月复筛的通过率更高,P<0.05(具有统计学差异)。结论TEOAE+AABR联合应用可起到优势互补作用,避免发生误诊或漏诊,尽早发现听力损失儿童,及时提供诊断及干预,值得推崇。Objective To investigate the effects of transient induced otoacoustic emission(TEOAE)+automatic auditory Brainstem response(AABR)in hearing screening and rescreening of infants aged 0-3 months.Methods The data were collected from 84 infants aged 0-3 months screened in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,and were divided into reference group(infants’hearing screening failed,n=42)and study group(infants’hearing screening passed,n=42)according to“whether TEOAE preliminary screening passed”in both ears.TEOAE+AABR rescreening was performed at 42d and 3 months of birth,and the screening results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the passing rate of all screening methods in 3 months,P>0.05;The passing rate of AABR screening(77.38%)was higher than that of TEOAE screening(57.14%)and combined screening(50.00%).The passing rate of 42d rescreening for AABR(91.07%)was higher than that for TEOAE screening(83.33%)and combined screening(79.17%).In the study group,the passing rate of different screening methods in primary screening,42d re-screening and 3-month re-screening was higher,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion The combined application of TEOAE and AABR can play a complementary role,avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,detect children with hearing loss as early as possible,and provide timely diagnosis and intervention,which is worthy of praise.and intervention,which is worthy of praise.
