精细化护理在老年反流性食管炎患者护理中的临床应用意义评价

摘　　要：目的研究老年反流性食管炎(RE)患者行精细化护理的效果。方法选择本院2020年11月-2022年11月收治的76例老年RE患者,“双盲法”分基础组(常规护理)、精细组(精细化护理)各38例,比较疗效。结果护理前生活质量、临床指标及负性情绪无差异,P>0.05;护理后较基础组,精细组WHOQOL-100值更高;GerdQ评分、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP值更低;HAMA、HAMD值更低;精细组遵医行为率(97.37%)高于基础组(81.58%),P<0.05。结论精细化护理可改善老年RE患者生活质量、减轻症状及炎症程度,稳定情绪、优化遵医行为,值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of fine nursing care on elderly patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 76 cases of senile RE were selected from November 2020 to November 2022.They were divided into control group(38 cases)and Observation Group(38 cases)by double-blind method.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life,clinical index and negative emotion before nursing,P>0.05.After nursing,the WHOQOL-100 value of Observation Group was higher than that of control group,GERDQ score,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP value were lower,Hama,Hamd value were lower;The compliance rate(97.37%)in the observation group was higher than that(81.58%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can improve the quality of life,relieve symptoms and inflammation,stabilize emotion,and optimize compliance behavior in elderly patients with Re,which is worthy of praise.
