慢性鼻炎患者应用特色营养饮食护理干预对提高患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析特色营养饮食护理干预应用于慢性鼻炎患者中对生活质量的影响。方法抽取2021年1月至2022年7月期间我院收治的慢性鼻炎患者80例,通过双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中,各40例,参照组患者接受常规护理,实验组在这一基础上联合特色营养饮食护理,比较两组患者护理前后生活质量水平(躯体功能、生理功能、社会功能)、症状评分(鼻塞、流涕、嗅觉减退、头痛)、护理效果。结果对比两组患者护理前生活质量水平、症状评分,显示对比差异无意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者的生活质量水平、护理效果相比于参照组较高(P<0.05);实验组患者的症状评分相比于参照组明显较低(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻炎患者的临床护理中应用特色营养护理干预的效果显著,可提升患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of characteristic nutrition diet nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic rhinitis.Method Eighty cases of patients with chronic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group were combined with characteristic nutritional diet nursing on this basis.The quality of life(physical function,physiological function,social function),symptom score(nasal congestion,runny nose,reduced sense of smell,headache)and nursing effect of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results The quality of life and symptom score before nursing were compared between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P&gt;0.05);After nursing,the quality of life level and nursing effect of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P&lt;0.05);Symptom scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The application of characteristic nutrition nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with chronic rhinitis has remarkable effects,can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
