舒适护理对提高鼻癌患者多层螺旋CT增强检查满意度、舒适度及影像质量作用

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻癌患者于多层螺旋CT增强扫查中辅以舒适护理的效果及相关指标改善影响。方法选取2021年5月~2023年5月就诊于本院的鼻癌患者展开研究,总纳入病例数至68例,采取随机数字法分组,对照组于CT增强扫查中采取常规护理,观察组予舒适护理,比较指标:舒适度、满意度、影像质量、不良反应等。结果①舒适度/检查满意度:观察组较对照组,舒适度/检查满意度评分更高(P<0.05);②影像质量:观察组较对照组,影像质量优良率更高(P<0.05);③心理状态:观察组较对照组,焦虑、抑郁程度更低(P<0.05);④不良反应:观察组较对照组,碘对比剂外渗率发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论鼻癌多层螺旋CT增强扫查采取舒适护理效果显著,可缓解患者不良情绪,提高检查舒适度,降低相关不良反应,确保影像质量,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning of nasal cancer patients and the improvement of related indicators.Method A study was conducted on nasal cancer patients who visited our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023.A total of 68 cases were included and randomly divided into groups.The control group received routine care during CT enhanced scans,while the observation group received comfort care.Comparative indicators were comfort,satisfaction,image quality,and adverse reactions.Result①Comfort/satisfaction with examination:The observation group had a higher score of comfort/satisfaction with examination compared to the control group,(P<0.05);②Image quality:The observation group had a higher rate of excellent image quality compared to the control group(P<0.05);③Psychological status:The observation group had lower levels of anxiety and depression compared to the control group(P<0.05);④Adverse reactions:The observation group had a lower incidence of iodine contrast agent extravasation compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing is effective in the enhanced scanning of nasal cancer with multi-slice spiral CT,which can alleviate patients’negative emotions,improve examination comfort,reduce related adverse reactions,and ensure image quality.It is worth learning from.
