雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎患者的护理效果及并发症发生率研究

摘　　要：目的本文重点分析雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎患者的护理效果及并发症发生率。方法遴选本院治疗的100例急慢性咽喉炎患者作为研究目标,具体研究时间为2021年11月~2023年11月,两组患者均进行雾化吸入治疗,然后依据“随机数表法”均分为研究组(50例,行优质护理)、对照组(50例,行传统护理措施),探究两组的并发症发生率、咽部异物感、咽部充血肿痛、咽干咽痒改善时间。结果研究组对比于对照组患者的咽部异物感、咽部充血肿痛、咽干咽痒改善时间较短(P<0.05);研究组对比于对照组患者的并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入治疗对急慢性咽喉炎患者具有一定的护理效果,能够缓解症状、提高治疗效果。然而,护理人员需要注意并发症的发生率,采取相应的措施进行预防和处理,以确保治疗的安全性和有效性。Objective This article focuses on analyzing the nursing effects and incidence of complications in patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis treated with nebulized inhalation therapy.Methods 100 cases of acute and chronic pharyngitis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The specific research period was from November 2021 to November 2023.Both groups of patients received nebulized inhalation therapy and were randomly divided into a study group(50 cases,receiving high-quality nursing)and a control group(50 cases,receiving traditional nursing measures).The incidence of complications,foreign body sensation in the throat,relief time of throat congestion and pain,and improvement time of dry and itchy throat were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a shorter relief time for foreign body sensation in the throat,throat congestion and pain,and dry and itchy throat(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nebulized inhalation therapy has a certain nursing effect on patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis,and can relieve symptoms and improve treatment outcomes.However,nursing staff need to pay attention to the incidence of complications and take corresponding measures to prevent and manage them,in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
