优质护理在内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理在内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中的应用效果。方法对2019年7月-2021年7月鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者数据收集整理,抽取其中92例,随机将其中46例接受常规护理,设为对照组,另46例接受优质护理,设为观察组,对两组临床效果、手术质量、并发症发生率以及护理满意率。结果临床效果对比:观察组95.65%与对照组93.47%之间无明显差异,P>0.05;住院时间、住院费用、VAS评分对比:观察组上述指标均显著低于对照组,护理满意度对比:观察组显著高于对照组,P<0.05;并发症发生率对比:观察组4.35%低于对照组17.39%,P<0.05。结论在实施内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中实施优质护理可显著提升手术的整体质量,获得较高的治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,整体护理满意率高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing in endoscopic treatment of nasal polyps.Methods The data of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps from July 2019 to July 2021 were collected and collated.92 cases were selected,and 46 of them were randomly selected and set as control group,and 46 patients received high-quality care and set as observation group.The clinical effect,surgical quality,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were selected.Results Comparison of clinical effect:there was no significant difference between 95.65%of the observation group and 93.47%,P>0.05;comparison of hospitalization time,hospitalization cost and VAS score:the above indicators were significantly lower than the control group,the comparison of nursing satisfaction:the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05;complication rate:4.35%of the observation group was lower than the control group 17.39%,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of high-quality care in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic surgery can significantly improve the overall quality of surgery,obtain high treatment efficiency,reduce the rate of complications,and have a high overall nursing satisfaction rate,which is worthy of promotion.
