摘 要:1000MW对冲锅炉由于烟道宽的特点对脱硝系统流场均匀性和喷氨均匀性提出了较高要求。为了实现分区喷氨格栅在1000MW对冲锅炉上的良好应用,脱硝系统的流场设计至关重要。利用模拟和试验相结合的手段对某百万对冲燃烧锅炉的分区控制式脱硝系统进行研究。针对该脱硝系统独特的导流板结构,利用模拟手段对其均流作用进行了研究。模拟结果显示:该脱硝系统在现有导流板布置下,流场分布均匀性高,满足设计要求。在额定负荷下,对喷氨格栅及催化剂进出口的流速分布不均匀度进行试验测量,试验结果发现,脱硝出口氮氧化物浓度分布不均匀度较小,流速分布均匀,试验结果验证了模拟的准确性。模拟和试验结果验证了该脱硝系统设计的优越性,该分区控制式脱硝系统设计值得推广。The uniformity of flow field and ammonia injection in denitrification system of 1 ooo MW opposed firing boiler is greatly challenged due to the characteristics of wide flue gas duct.In order to realize the good application of the partition ammonia injection grid in the 1 ooo MW opposed firing boiler,the flow field design of the denitrification system is very im-portant.The partition controlled denitration system on a 1 ooo MW opposed firing boiler was studied by simulation and experiment.Focus on the unique guide plate structure of the deni-trification system,the flow equalization effect was studied by means of simulation.The sim-ulation results showed that the denitration system had a high uniformity of flow field distri-bution under the existing guide plate which meet the design requirements.Under the rated load,the non-uniformity of the flow velocity distribution at the inlet and outlet of the ammo-nia injection grid and the catalyst was tested.The test results showed that the non-uniformity of NO,concentration distribution at the denitration outlet was small and the flow velocity distribution was uniform,and the test results verified the accuracy of the simulation.The simulation and experimental results have verified the superiority of the denitration system de-sign,and the design of partition controlled denitration system is worth popularizing.
