摘　　要：丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂-2(serine protease inhibitor 2,SERPINB2)属于serpin超家族亚群成员,也被称作纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂2。近年来发现SERPINB2与肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、感染及损伤等多种疾病的发生发展有着重要联系。SERPINB2表达受病原体、环境毒物、炎性刺激等影响,有研究表明芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AhR)和microRNA对其也具有不同的调节作用。文章就影响SERPINB2表达调控的因素、机制以及其生物学功能的研究进展进行综述。Serine protease inhibitor-2(SERPINB2)is a member of the serpin superfamily,also known as plasminogen activator inhibitor 2.In recent years,it has been found that SERPINB2 has an important relationship with the occurrence and development of many diseases,such as tumor,autoimmune disease,infection and injury.The expression of SERPINB2 is affected by pathogens,environmental toxicants and inflammation,etc.Researches have shown that aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)and microRNAs also have different regulatory effects on it.This review summarizes the factors,mechanisms,and biological functions that affect the regulation of SERPINB2 expression.
