梅尼埃病免疫研究的新进展

摘　　要：梅尼埃病(Meniere disease,MD)是耳鼻喉的一种常见疾病,临床上表现为反复发作性眩晕,感音神经性听力丧失、耳鸣及耳胀满感,以膜迷路积水为其基本病理表现。MD的病因有诸多学说,众多研究显示,MD的发生发展与免疫反应可能存在着密切关系。文章从免疫相关基因、免疫炎症因子和免疫疗法等方面对近年来MD在免疫方面的最新研究进展进行综述。Meniere disease(MD)is a common otorhinolaryngologic disease characterized by recurring attacks of vertigo,sensorineural hearing loss,tinnitus and ear fullness,with endolymphatic hydrops as its basic pathological manifestation.There are many theories about the etiology of MD,and numerous research suggest that the occurrence and development of MD may be closely related to immune response.This paper reviews the latest research progress of MD in immunity in recent years from the aspects of immune-related genes,immune inflammatory factors and immunotherapy.
