摘　　要：总结1例特发性多中心型卡斯尔曼病合并弥漫性肺泡出血患者的护理经验。护理要点:俯卧位通气伴高出血风险的护理观察及出血预防;早期康复锻炼,减轻淋巴水肿;优化过渡期护理,避免非计划重返ICU。经过精心治疗与护理,19 d后患者转呼吸内科病房继续治疗,33 d后康复出院。出院1个月后随访,患者恢复良好。To summarize the nursing care experience of a case of idiopathic multicentric Castleman’s disease TAFRO syndrome complicated with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage.Key points of nursing:prone position ventilation with high blood risk nursing observation and bleeding prevention;early rehabilitation exercise and the reduction of the lymphedema;the optimization of transitional care to avoid unplanned returns to the ICU.The patient was transferred to the respiratory ward for further treatment after 19 days,and 33 days later,she recovered and was discharged.At 1 month of follow-up after discharge,the patient recovered well.
