摘　　要：小微企业是我国吸纳就业的主力军、经济发展的生力军。习近平总书记高度重视民营经济和小微企业发展,党的十八大以来多次就服务支持小微企业作出重要指示批示,并对出口信用保险寄予厚望,要求“充分发挥出口信用保险作用”“提升普惠金融服务的覆盖率、可得性和满意度”。2023年召开的中央金融工作会议,进一步明确提出要做好“普惠金融大文章”。Zhang Hui,Deputy General Manager of China Export&Credit Insurance Corporation(Sinosure),introduced that as the only policy-based insurance institution in China,Sinosure has always taken"fulfilling policy functions and serving high-level opening up"as its mission.Focusing on the core challenges faced by small and microforeign trade enterprises,such as difficulties in connection,insurance,financing,and risk control,as well as the practical resource constraints of having few business outlets and customer managers,Sinosure fully utilizes modern financial technology.By leveraging the"two integrations"and"three ecosystems",Sinosure has pioneered a distinctive path of digital inclusive finance to innovate services for small and micro foreign trade enterprises.
