摘　　要：介绍徐福主任运用针灸治疗不寐的临床经验。徐福主任认为不寐的病因主要有:器质性疾病、情志因素、生活习惯、药物因素。不寐的病机多为阴阳不调与脏腑失和。治疗不寐时要分清标本,辨明虚实,找准病位,注重标本兼治,以达平衡阴阳,调理脏腑的目的。徐福主任在明确辨证的基础上,精简取穴,在治疗方法上巧用针刺与手法相结合,头皮针与体针相结合,再配合特定的针刺手法,善用头皮针抽提法刺激穴位,改善神经功能,减少患者的焦虑情绪,提高睡眠质量。并联合艾灸、耳穴等多种治疗方式,治疗不寐疗效显著。This article introduced the clinical effect of Director XU Fu using acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia.Director XU Fu holds that the main etiologies of insomnia include organic diseases,emotional factors,lifestyle habits,and medication factors.The common pathogenesis of insomnia is yin-yang disharmony and visceral disharmony.In the treatment of insomnia,it is necessary to distinguish between the root and branches of the disease,distinguish between deficiency and excess,identify the disease location,and pay attention to treating both the root and branches of the disease,to achieve the goal of balancing yin and yang and regulating viscera and bowels.Based on a clear syndrome differentiation,Director XU Fu simplifies the selection of points and skillfully combines acupuncture and manipulation,scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture;with the combination of specific acupuncture manipulations,he makes good use of scalp acupuncture with lifting method to stimulate points,improve neurological function,reduce patients'anxiety,and improve sleep quality.Combined with various treatment methods such as moxibustion and auricular points,the curative effect of treating insomnia is significant.
