通便散脐部贴敷配合聚乙二醇电解质在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察通便散脐部贴敷配合聚乙二醇电解质在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的治疗效果。方法:选取实施结肠镜检查的100例受检者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组口服聚乙二醇电解质作检查前肠道准备,观察组以通便散脐部贴敷配合聚乙二醇电解质口服作检查前肠道准备。比较2组排便时间、波士顿肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分、肠道气泡量、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组首次排便、大便排空时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组BBPS量表中左半结肠、右半结肠、横结肠清洁度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肠道气泡量分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为16.00%,对照组为26.00%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通便散脐部贴敷配合聚乙二醇电解质用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备,可促进受检者排便,提高其肠道清洁度,且安全性良好,有利于肠镜检查的进行。Objective:To observe the curative effect of umbilical application with Tongbian San combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte on bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients who underwent colonoscopy were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received pre-examination of bowel preparation with polyethylene glycol electrolyte,and the observation group received pre-examination of bowel preparation with application of umbilical application with Tongbian San combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte.The defecation time,Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)scores,intestinal bubble volume,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the first bowel movement and bowel emptying time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The left and right colon,transverse colon cleanliness scores in BBPS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The grading of intestinal bubble volume in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.00%in the observation group,and 26.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of umbilical application with Tongbian San combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte in bowel preparation before colonoscopy can promote defecation and improve intestinal cleanliness,which is beneficial for the progress of colonoscopy and has good safety.
