摘　　要：介绍国医大师朱南孙教授从冲任论治不孕症的临床经验。朱南孙教授认为,冲任损伤为不孕的基本病机,虚实两端,实证当疏利冲任,虚证当补益冲任,任通冲盛,则血海蓄溢有常,胎孕乃成。故临证有调经为先、分期论治、疏利冲任之诊疗特色。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor ZHU Nansun,a traditional Chinese medicine master,in treating infertility from thoroughfare and conception channels.Professor ZHU believes that damage to the thoroughfare and conception channels is the basic pathogenesis of infertility,which should be treated from both deficiency and excess.For excess syndrome,the treatment should focus on soothing and promoting thoroughfare and conception channels;for deficiency syndrome,the treatment should focus on supplementing and boosting thoroughfare and conception channels.When conception channel is unblocked and thoroughfare channel is exuberant,the sea of blood will be normal in amassment and regurgitation,and the woman can be pregnant.Therefore,the treatment for clinical syndromes has the characteristics of regulating menstruation first,treating by stages,and soothing and promoting thoroughfare channel and conception channel.
