摘　　要：总结介绍浙江何氏妇科治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的临证经验。何氏妇科认为,子宫内膜异位症不孕的病因病机为本虚标实,本虚与脾肾相关,标实与瘀、滞相关,虚实夹杂。在治疗上有以下特色:周期辨治,病证结合;标本缓急,中病即止;阴阳并举,寒温有度;辨别虚实,固护后天;内外合治,增强疗效。用药特色主要有:小方药对,简便显效;巧用虫类,粉剂增效。This article is to summarize and introduce the clinical experience of Zhejiang HE's gynecology in the treatment of endometriosis-associated infertility.HE's gynecology believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency in the root and excess in the branch.The former is related to the spleen and kidney,and the latter to blood stasis and stagnation with deficiency-excess complex.The treatment features the following points:with periodic syndrome differentiation and treatment,the disease and syndrome are combined;with priorities of root and branch,the medicine is stopped to take as soon as possible after recovery;the focus on both yin and yang renders moderate cold and warmth;distinguishing the deficiency and excess is to consolidate and protect the acquired qi;internal and external treatment enhances the curative effect.The main characteristics of drug use are:simple and effective small prescription and couplet medicines;using insects in a flexible way make enhanced powder efficiency.
